  For security reasons, we do not allow users FTP access to their WordPress.com site. What exactly are you trying to transfer?

  I build a wordpress site using wamp. So I wanted to update whatever I have online with the database I exported from what I build

  Unfortunately you won’t be able to do that with your site here at WordPress.com. You may want to look at creating a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead. You can move your content and keep using the same domain name.
