Server and personal pictures

    I wanna know, if I hiddenly take a picture with my mobile of someone anonymous that is walking down the street, can I post it on my blog? Without asking the permission to this person?

    Second and last question
    Wordpress.com’s servers where are physically? In United States? Or does every state have a proper wordpress server? Thanx a lot and sorry for my english!

    You might get in trouble for it. I don’t know where you live, but the laws differ from country to country on that. In some, you can be arrested and jailed for covertly taking pictures.

    WP.com has servers all over the world from what I understand. But probably not one in every state in the US.
