Server cannot process image

    Hello, how are you?

    Wordpress host my company website and we often come across a error message to upload image, even when it is way smaller than the server suggests.

    I have ben trying to upload an image for an event since yesterday morning and the message says ‘The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.’

    Not sure what to do and if there is any way that you can support. I would love to understand what is happening.
