    Hi i had webhosting with 123reg but they locked me out of my account after I disputed an incorrect payment they have taken from me for 4 years. I now wish to point my account to site grounds web hosting and they have sent me the details to change my DNS settings but I need to do this via wordpress as opposed to my 123reg control panel because I can’t get to it. How do I do this please

    For what domain is this?

    DNS settings can only be changed at your domain provider. You don’t have any domains registered with us on WordPress.com, so we cannot help you with this.

    This forum only provides support for site hosted on our servers at WordPress.com. We cannot help with sites using the open source WordPress software at other hosting providers like Siteground or 123reg. Support for that software is provided at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but they also won’t be able to help with this, as this is a domain issue, not a software issue.
