  Hi

  The sever keep saying error, i can not upload the picture (JPG format)
  Can you solve?

  What is the file size of the image that you are uploading?

  Hi

  The file size is only 1304kb.
  Previously i can upload but now it keep said
  (1 file could not be uploaded because an error occurred while uploading.)

  Hi aidealeng,

  It would be great if you could tell me the following:

  • Are you uploading to aidealeng.wordpress.com or your Jetpack connected site, aidealeng.com?
  • Are you using the mobile/desktop app or uploading the image through a browser?
  • Does the error message only appear with this particular image? Or with any image you try to upload?

  Hi

  I think i was uploading to Jetpack using the desktop.
  I was only loading the file in JPG and it does not work for me.
  Even PDF also can not.

  Hi there,

  To confirm, you’re using the WordPress.com App on your desktop and uploading to aidealeng.com?

  If this is the case could you try uploading directly from WP-Admin at aidealeng.com/wp-admin ?

  One thing that may help is if you include a screenshot of what you’re seeing.
