  When I edit WordPress pages and after editing updated changes it is not updated and getting server error (500 error)

  Could you please share your site URL in question, so we can guide you in the right direction.

  Also, ERROR 500 is a server error. Please contact your hosting provider regarding this issue. They will assist you better since they have access to error logs.
