  Do I get to choose different server options?
  eg. blue host, godaddy, etc

  Hi there, no, WordPress.com itself is a host. You can always move to the hosts listed at any point if you feel it necessary though.

  We don’t provide the option to customise or configure hosting on WordPress.com. The only difference is the Business plan which includes unlimited storage space (the Free, Personal and Premium plans have limits):

  You would only need to use a third party host (like Bluehost or GoDaddy) if you wanted to create a site using WordPress.org software:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
