Hi Raincoaster,
Thank you for your reply.
I am still getting the same message when I click on the link.. Server not found?
Server not found
Firefox can’t find the server at [url removed].
Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of http://www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web. -
That is strange I am still not able to view the website I have tried pinging the website as well and it shows that it is up but I cannot access it.

Hi there,
I have taken a look at your site and I am having no trouble viewing it. I recommend trying to flush your DNS. Domain names get stored on your computer in a “DNS cache” so browsers can load websites faster. Sometimes, when a change is made to a domain name such as your Domain Mapping settings on WordPress.com, the previous website is stored on your computer, and you can’t load the new website at the same domain.
These stored domains are usually updated every 48 – 72 hours on your computer, but you can force it to update sooner by “flushing” your computer’s DNS cache.
You can find instructions on how to flush your DNS cache here:
http://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html
That should enable you to see your site at shopperlottie.com. Please let me know if this doesn’t work for you.
Thanks,

You might also review the TOS before you get too far along:

Hi,
I have purchased a domain from wordpress.com but have to wait 60 days but the purchase date to transfer it unfortunately, so have been trying to transfer my website to my new hosting provider until I can transfer the domain in a couple of months. It’s definitely not as easy to do as I thought!
I just had a look at the TOS, as I bought my own domain I didn’t realise those applied?
Thanks so much for your help,
Charlotte

Sites whose primary purpose is to drive traffic to affiliate storefronts, rather than creating original content, will be banned as spam. Promoting affiliate links through comments or the support forums is also considered spam. Such activity is a violation of our Terms of Service.
It isn’t my primary purpose to drive traffic to affiliate storefronts, I added the links to help anybody who wished to purchase the same product, or view quickly things that I have found from sometimes several hours of research online. My primary aim was to provide honest reviews and articles on things such as home improvement and online shopping tips, as a fan of blogs and a published writer. I always create original content and research my own articles.
I am a writer primarily and will be launching a book in the near future, I launched a couple of blogs as I’m interested in learning more about my readers. I hope that helps to clear this up!
Thanks again,
Charlotte

Hi Becky,
Thank you so much for your help, you are an absolute star. I have had no response from WordPress.com still on the problem.
I followed your instructions and still can’t access my website. I am at a complete loss… Don’t tell me that I need to purchase a new domain? I rue the day that I purchased a domain from WordPress.com now – it just seemed the most logical choice at the beginning.
Speak soon,
Charlotte

Becky,
Is there any way to transfer my website to alternate hosting before I can move my domain officially in 60 days? To avoid any problems in the future.
Many thanks.

The 60 days is set by ICANN (The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) ) and there is no way around it.
