Server not found error

  Hi, our site appears to be unavailable due to a server not found error. There is no apparent trigger that caused this (we haven’t been messing with the site). I can access the admin console fine. We brought our own URL with us and I’ve checked with our provider that it is still active. It’s been working for several weeks. Stumped!
