Server not found on my custom domain – bravotheagency.com

  I mapped my domain over to my wordpress blog on 29 April and it’s still not loading..

  Everything looks right on the domain setting page. I really don’t know what else to do!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your name servers are not pointing to WordPress.COM – so indicates whatsmydns & Domain Helper – your name – bravotheagency.com – seems to be in Redemption – you need to work with your registrar to renew your domain name

  Thanks so much for your replies!

  Does this mean that my domain has not been registered with wordpress and that I need to register it – pay – the previous provider?

  And then transfer or map it to wordpress?

  How do I leave the previous provider?

  Renew with your old Registrar – WordPress.COM is not set up for incoming domain registration transfers. Once you renew your domain name the name servers should start working again and the domain mapping should start to work as advertised – keep in mind that it can take 24 to 72 hours for name server changes to reach the far corner of the internet and access to your blog will be erratic during that time

  Hello,

  It’s not in my budget for this project to register with another company after paying for premium wordpress. I signed up for premium as I thought that the domain name would be included (registration had expired).

  It also seems like this will continue. Every year I will pay another company to register the domain AND wordpress premium.

  Could you please process a refund for me please?

  I just saw that I can cancel and refund my premium fee from the Store, however $13 will be deducted for the domain name registration.

  Registration did not occur.

  If registration is possible, I would like to continue. Is it possible?

  Note that your domain is registered at ‘Net registery’ and not at WordPress.com. That’s where you need to renew the domain for it to work again.

  I’ve just canceled and refunded the premium upgrade as requested.
