server problem

  hello, i am a marketing student and was helping a company with updating their website. I made some updates few weeks ago and wasnt facing any issue with it. Until today, the company suddenly cannot access the website anymore and the prompt states that server cannot be found. I try login in to the wp-admin page also cannot. May i know what could be the problem?
