server reset while page is loading

  “server reset while page is loading”
  when I was in the US, i never had this problem, but since I moved
  I see this every day, every time I try to edit my blog. sometimes lasts for few hours, sometimes locked for the rest of the day and becomes very frustrating. I end up saving my notes in hardrive, or post them other places online until the service is back up again.

  are the servers just bad in the middleeast? can this be addressed to the technical team, or be improved please?
