Why did the server unexpectedly dropped the connection?

    Hi,
    I’ve been trying for the last 24 hours to write a post on my blog. ‘Copy a post’ just hangs, and I’m only getting my dashboard to load maybe a third of the time. And every attempt to save a draft of my post results in the whole thing dropping out – I keep getting the message:

    ‘Safari can’t open the page “http://jopre.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again.’

    Sometimes hitting the refresh button or the back button will bring up the dashboard again, but only about half the time. And nothing at all is being saved. I’ve tried a couple of times to embed a video link, but that drops out too.

    I’m running Safari Version 5.0.5 (6533.21.1), and other websites don’t seem to be a problem.

    If you haven’t already can you try clearing your cache and cookies? If that’s not working is there another location you can try accessing from?
