Servers not accepting payment?

I’ve been trying to buy a Premium theme the past couple hours, and it keeps giving me this message:
“Something has gone wrong with our servers, and we’ve just been notified of the problem. This will be fixed as soon as possible, so kindly reload in a minute and things should be back to normal.”
I’ve reloaded and tried multiple times, but it isn’t working.

My credit card has four pending charges now, but WordPress shows this error sign. And the theme is not showing as purchased.

How long can I expect it take for them to address this issue? I’d especially like to resolve the multiple charge issue as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, could you let us know the site address and which Premium Theme you are trying to purchase? I have looked into the account you are writing from and don’t see any failed payments.

(My credit card cleared the pending transactions from before, so I just tried purchasing again to see if the issue was resolved, but it’s still not working.)

I’ve also tried purchasing from a different device to see if it was a device issue, but it is not. As the card is being processed, it suddenly skips to the error page.
If this doesn’t work from my end, is there a way I can make the purchase over the phone? This is very inconvenient … :(

Sorry that you had so much trouble adding your theme. I have looked at your account and the Linen theme has been added successfully.
