WordPress has absolutely the worst functionality I’ve ever seen on a website. No way in hell to reset the password to get into the Admin panel. Truly sad and completely non-user-friendly. I’ll be warning anybody I speak to about using such a ridiculously inferior system. Has lots of bells and whistles, but sucks for functionality and customer service.

I apologize that you are having such a frustrating experience using WordPress. If you have forgotten your password to another WordPress.com account a Forgot your password button is available on the login page. You can also go to the link below for more information.

If it is a self-hosted Open Source version of WordPress (in other words you are using a different web hosting company other than WordPress.com), you can get assistance at the WordPress.org Support Forums for any issues you might come across. The link to that is below.

Alternatively, you could also request support from your hosting company, if that is the case.
I also believe there is a Forgot Your Password link on the WP-Admin login page if you are using the Open Source version of WordPress. The link to their documentation on that matter is below.
