Service Boxes: Customizable Text?

If this isn’t the right place for this question, please direct me to the correct area–with my apologies! :)
I would like to know if there is a plugin or way to customize text that shows up in service boxes on my home page (http://www.supermoto.photo/). The theme I am using was purchased and the author says this is not possible, but I would like to know if this is true or not, as it would be very nice to have my service boxes be neat and tidy with the exact text that I choose, which doesn’t drop off with an ellipses.
I have done some investigating but so far I haven’t found anything helpful. However, there are zillions of plugins and extremely clever coders out there who may know a way to make this work.
