Service Error

  Hello: … I am not a very technical user, but I am not aware of any WordPress plugin being used. I am hosting my two short video clips with WORDPRESS.COM themselves as I paid WORDPRESS for this service and also to have a website that is advert free (I am not sure if you know about that deal or offer from WORDPRESS?)… then the way that I add the video to my wordpress site is I go into my site via an edit facility:
  /wp-admin typed at the end of my URL: http://www.LED-Flare.com and I enter the EDIT mode and I go to ALL PAGES and I insert the video inside square brackets on a new line….
  [the code is given to me when I go into MEDIA LIBRARY.

  These two videos have worked well for about two months, but have now just stopped working?

  Very frustrating indeed as I never changed anything, so from a working website to now one that gives me the error in red letters SERVICE ERROR regarding a problem getting the configuration information. Please try again later.. well I have tried again on many ocassions without any luck?

  I am not able to see these two videos.
  Then when my partner looks at these via an APPLE iPAD the video picture is frozen without the option of the white arrow head to click on to start the video? Thanking you for your concern into this problem.
