Service error and loading issue

    I am getting this error, “Service Error: There was a problem getting the configuration” and since it has appeared I am unable to upload photos or change anything, with the exception of erasing.

    It appears as if I am also getting the same error message, “INTERNAL SERVICE ERROR” when I try to login as administrator. What issues are they having? How do you find out if someone has”hacked” our site?
