Service Failure

    virginheartgypsy.wordpress.com and lifemirrors.wordpress.com are my old sites. The site for which I have subscribed for is not available to me. I checked the payment receipt on my gmail, in which link for managing purchase led me here. I request you to please call or revert to my request. It obviously make me angry to spend ₹ 6,807.00 on something which I can not use with clarity.

    Hi!

    It looks like you’ve created that new site under a different account that you’re logged into. What’s the address of the site you upgraded?

    I’d suggest logging off from virginheartgypsy and logging back in using the email address to which the receipt was sent to. If you don’t remember the password, you can reset it from passwordhelp@wordpress.com.
