Service is horrible Site Recovery

    My issue is going into its 3rd week and still unresolved.

    It seems like the last step needed in order to solve your issue was from staff-blorbo

    Please send an email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com explaining the situation, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do for you.

    Once you have sent an email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com explaining the situation, our Account Recovery team will review the situation and reply to your email as soon as they can.

    Were you able to send an email to this email? I believe it doesn’t matter what email you use to write to the Account Recovery team.

    Please note that we are not able to discuss Account Recovery details in the public forum. This is why the next step would need to be what was suggested above. I hope this helps.
