    URGENT: I signed up today and spent $99 please and received no receipt. Pelase send a reciept to (email visible only to moderators and staff) I’ll will also need a live person to talk with if I’m to continue this service. Please foward a phone number.

  • WordPress.com does not have phone support. However, we help thousands of users a day through the support forums and via email. So I am sure that I can help you as well!

    You can view/print/email your receipts for any transaction by going to Store > Billing History in your Dashboard.

    Please note that when you click on ‘View/Print’ of any transaction, you can change the ‘Billed to’ section by hovering over it. When you click inside the box, you can edit the text.
