Service unclear

    I purchased the annual Jetpack and I did not notice any difference in the backend dashboard. Also, there are many upgrades for each service showing under the Jetpack dashboard, which makes me confused if all these services are separate or included in the $96/year.
    Also, I can’t access my Jetback member’s account and i requested ‘password recovery’ and for more than 4 days, i did not receive any sms code to be able to enter my account.

    I would like to request a refund for the membership.

    I think there might be some confusion here. The plan you’ve purchased is WordPress.com Premium, not Jetpack Premium.

    WordPress.com plans are intended for sites created with our platform and hosted on our servers. They offer you additional functionalities.

    Jetpack plans are thought for self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

    I can see you’ve mapped the domain bizzindex.com to your WordPress.com site, but it’s still pointing to another host.

    We can, of course, cancel the plan and issue a refund, however, I think there might be another alternative. If you log into the account where you purchased the plan, you’ll be able to access our Live Chat: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
