I need help creating a blog. I have no idea what I am doing and I won’t pretend that I do. I need someone to walk me through it and help until I get my grounding. Do you offer such service?

WordPress.com doesn’t offer such a service directly, but they have put together a very helpful introductory guide that is a great way to get started: learn.wordpress.com
There are also some volunteers in the forums who work directly with clients, so if you read through the forums and find answers you like to other people’s questions, you might try clicking on the name of the volunteer whose responses resonate with you to see if they are taking on new clients.
