  ayer compramos el dominio y no nos aparece la pestaña de servidores dns. nuestra pagina no se encuentra y si la buscas en google da como respuesta ” no esta disponible”

  Hi there,

  Is this for the domain a2photografos.com? If so, it looks like you have only purchased the domain mapping, which we provide to users who have a domain registered elsewhere already. I did a quick look however and it doesn’t appear that this domain has been registered anywhere. Did you intend to purchase this domain new?

  If so, I can cancel and refund your domain mapping and you can purchase the domain properly.

  Thank you very much for the reply. We tried to cancel because we want the mapping and resgistro with wordpress, but not allows us to cancel. And we see where to buy reguistro only because we already have the mapping . We could help ?? Thank you

  Hiya,

  OK, I have removed the mapping for the domain a2photografos.com and refunded it back to your account. You should now be able to purchase the domain by logging in to your Dashboard and going to Store >> My Domains and clicking on the button for “Register a New Domain Name.”
