set posts to appear on particular page

    I have 4 pages on my site. I want my posts to appear on one particular page (DASH) and I would that same page to be the first page people see when they encounter my blog.
    So that when they navigate to another page they can return to the posts page by clicking on the DASH page.
    At the moment this is not really working, the main page (with posts) is none of the 4 pages, it is simply dashskincare.wordpress.com
    In customise, my ‘front’ is set to ‘latest posts’ as i do not want to have a static page. How to i ‘tell’ the site to use DASH page as front page on which the latest posts are displayed?
    I am new to this, maybe it is simple, or maybe not possible. All suggestions gratefully appreciated!
