Set Timezone on New Blog Creation

  It would be very helpful to have users set their timezone when they create a new blog, as it is very annoying to realize later and have to change date stamps, or else just have a weird timeline of posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to tell your users to do that then.
