  Hello,
  It is the same things for me : I would like to ad seo by yoast on my pluggins but i cant find it in tools or whatever else.

  Plugins are intended for self-hosted sites using the standalone WP software. https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/#uploading-plugins

  There are many plugins already built into WordPressdotcom. You can read more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  Also @disabledgypsycom you cannot change the permalink structure on sites WordPressdotcom sites. All WordPressdotcom sites use the “pretty permalink” structure. This cannot be changed.
