set up 2nd blog, but not connected to my 1st; may I merge them?

  I didn’t realize when I set up my 2nd blog site that I could have had 2 under my WordPress “self.” Can I merge them? All I would have to do is change the email address…from (email visible only to moderators and staff) (my very old address which I used when I couldn’t set it up under my main ((email visible only to moderators and staff).)
