set up a blog on WordPress while linking it to my website on Weebly?

Hi,
I have domain registration through Bluehost and my website is on Weebly. I would like to start a blog and link it to my website, but blogs on Weebly are lacking a feature I want. So I’m trying to figure out if I can do my blog on WordPress, but have it connected to my website on Weebly without having to re-do the website on WordPress.
*Is this possible?
*Do all blogs on WordPress include the ‘subscribe’ option so that people can subscribe by entering their email address? (Meaning — can people who want to follow the blog click a button and subscribe, so that they get an email each time a new post comes out? I don’t want to have to send out a link to a huge mailing list each time I post. That is the feature that Weebly was missing.)Also – I want to keep the domain name I have, but if I have to change the host from Bluehost to WordPress (in order to have a blog with WordPress), I’m okay with that. Help? Thanks so much.

I’m not sure I understand what exactly are you trying to achieve.
I can see you have just registered a new domain here, on WordPress.com.You can point this domain to your Weebly site but domains are just addresses. So, what the visitors would see would be the site you created on Weebly – you wouldn’t be using any of WordPress.com features.
As for the subscriptions, yes, all WordPress.com blogs have this feature, you can read more about this here:
