Set up email address using domain name?

  I am brand spanking new to all this. I’ve just registered a domain name via WordPress. Is it possible to set up an email address using the domain name e.g. (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

  I so sorry if this is a stupid stupid question and I really should know the answer. I don’t, and I’ve looked, and my eyeballs feel like they’re bursting with the effort.
