  Hi there. To verify you WordPress.com site with Webmaster Tools, follow the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/

  http://hoclaixetphcm.com/ is not hosted by WordPress.com, so you’ll have to consult the Google Webmaster Tools help pages for instructions how to verify that site. You might also be able to get help on the WordPress.org forums: http://wordpress.org/support/
