Set up issue

  I just set up a blog site. When I log in as the admin I can see the menu at the bottom, but when I log in as another user there is no menu, so there is no access to the blog. What am I doing wrong?

  It looks like the site you mentioned isn’t actually hosted here. In that case it appears you’re looking for some help with a self-hosted WordPress.org site, however these forums are designed for WordPress.com support.
