Set up Testing platform

    Hi there,

    We want to build up our own testing platform that allows students to take Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking tests through subscription plans.

    Could you please let us know if we can set up such a platform with WordPress? And if so, do we need hosting providers like Bluehost?
