  I download this cooler template but can’t figure out!!!

  Under dashboard are Blog Stats, Blog Surfer, My comments et cetera, et cetera.

  1. The instructions for the theme you have downloaded refers to blogs on blogspot.com, not wordpress.com.

  2. You cannot add external themes to a blog hosted on wordpress.com
