set up with someone else's email address

I set up a wordpress premium account yesterday with someone else’s email address accidentally (thought I was typing in mine and put the wrong address in). So that address that I typed in exists but just for someone else. How do I fix this??!!! I can’t get any authentification information because it went to some random other person’s account.

You posted here as the username, cchalla02. The email address of this username is not the same as either of the emails you provided. You can see the email address for this account here:

The site, richmondopportunitiesinc.org, belongs to a completely different username. I cannot give you any information relating to that account, nor can I make any changes to that account, unless you post here as the username that owns the account in question.
If you don’t remember the username and password you used to set up that account, you will need to use our account recovery form to verify your ownership and regain access:

That username/email address should be (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is a separate user name from the one I’m speaking to you from right now.

As I said, I cannot make changes to a different account at your request. I have no proof that you really own that account. You need to submit the account recovery form to regain access to the account, then you will be able to make the changes yourself.
That is the only way we’ll be able to help you with this.

What if I provide my payment details for the premium membership and you can look it up that way. Like I said I don’t even know how the account got verified since I don’t even have access to that account but I don’t have access so there is no way to get the account information.

The premium membership payment information for the Url in question is under a colleagues name so I’d have to get them involved if this is possible. Meaning my colleague paid for the membership but the membership itself should be under Chandni Lewis which is my name.

Can I just cancel my entire account and website and sign up again? I have all the payment information so that should provide some valuable information.

You will need to provide those details to PayPal, who can then provide you with a transaction ID. You can use that transaction ID on the Account Recovery form. Here are the instructions how to get that from PayPal:

We don’t have your credit card number, so providing that to us won’t help. The PayPal transaction ID is unique to the upgrade you bought, so that is the only proof we can accept, as explained in the link I gave you above about Account Recovery.
