Setious problems with perma links, login redirect loop and css stylesheet

So I have a problem with my WordPress site http://www.frade.co.uk it all started with the login redirect loop I tried wp-admin and wp-admin.php but no joy I just could not get to my admin panel then out of the blue for some strange reason whenever I click on any links on my website I received error 404 page not found. So I left it and went back a day later and now my css is all messed up! This is turning out to be a real dilemma and I would appreciate any help you can give me
Here’s what I’ve checked already:-
I have checked file permissions on htaccess, wp-config and index.
I have changed site/home url from frade.co.uk to http://www.frade.co.uk had no luck so changed it back.
Deleted cache.I am at my whits end now and I have no idea what to do next to get my site back up and running. Please help!

Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums.
