settiing up a blog

  Hi, I just purchased my domain ‘bloomsburybrag.org’ I now want to set up my wordpress blog. I created a user account @bloomsburybrag, then I go to ‘create site’ I choose ‘already own a domain’ I am asked to map this domain… I then ‘enter domain’, typing bloomsburybrag.org into the bar and click ‘add’. This takes me to ‘pick a plan that’s right for you’ I pick Premium… Yeah! – Then I am taken back to ‘lets get started (step 1 of 4)’ I choose ‘A list of my latest posts’ then I chose a theme – intergalactic. I am now back to ‘lets find a domain’ so, again, I choose ‘Already own a domain’ I am then told to ‘map this domain to use it as your sites address’ I type in ‘bloomsburybrag .org’ I click ‘add’ bloomsburybrag.org I now realize this is the seventeenth time I have been around this 4 step process. Please can you help, I just want a simple blog, I was told how easy wordpress is…. Thanks

  Hi Robert
  You just bought the domain name less than an hour ago! (Creation Date: 2017-03-03T16:13:18Z) We are so used to the internet being all fast and instantaneous that when something takes a while (like Domain Name Propagation) things just don’t seem right, and we get frustrated. It takes up to a day (!) for the word to get out there’s a new guy in town (your domain). Give it some time and it will sort itself out.
