Setting a Background

  Hi, i have a problem with setting a background for my blog. When picture is uploaded and i save the customize option the side bar says “your theme has been published”, but it doesnt change on the actual blog. How do i get it working?

  Hi there,
  Provided you are logged in as as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog you shouldn’t have an issue with this.

  Did you try skipping the customizer and simply going directly to Dashboard > Appearance > Background
