Setting an image to a image widget sidebar

    I am tring to set an image to an image widget in the sidebar. The first image widget above this one came out fine. I copied an image from a site online. For the second image widget in the sidebar I took a beautiful picture of a product that I would like to use. When I try to select the picture and copy it, it will not paste to the URL image slot. What am I doing wrong and how do I select a photo from my disk from the camera and paste it to the URL slot. It is a beautiful image and I want to use it. Please help!!!! So frustrating!!!
