Setting an old WP site to private
-
I’m writing on this forum because I want to set a former website to private (https://archivosigma.wordpress.com/) since I’ve read deleting it is not an option without proof of ownership.
Ideally, I’d like to delete it, but it was registered to a corporate email I no longer have access to.

Hi,
You can learn how to set your blog to private here
https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/ -
Hi there, if you no longer have the log in information for the account that owns the WPcom website archivosigma.wordpress.com you’ll need to work with the account recovery team to regain access to the site so you can delete it or make it private.
Please fill out the information in the form at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ and include as much information as you can, including the email address that was used to register the account/website.

Thanks for your assistance. The issue is that I already tried filling the form, but I don’t have proof of ownership, so I can’t submit it.
I can provide screenshots that prove that:
1) the corporate email is suspended;
2) I used to have access to the corporate email.Could you tell me how to contact the account recovery team?

Hi there,
You can email our Account Recovery team at
passwordhelp@wordpress.com. But if you don’t have any of the proof of ownership mentioned in our recovery guide they won’t be able to help you.
