Setting Banner Header in Twenty Fourteen

  Hi there, I’d appreciate some help with regard to setting a static banner image on the home page of the twenty fourteen theme but allowing a tiled image/post section below it which I can change as often as needed. Is this possible and if so how? Thanks in advance.

  The header image size is 1260 wide and 240 high.
