Setting Featured Images

Cannot get the feature image to appear. Once I publish, it will pull in the picture from the previous article. Remove that and no picture but see this message instead.
You can edit “Blessings Come in Strange Packages” and use featured images to add an image here. (this is referencing the previous article).
So I am stumped. I am using Structure Theme.
Don’t know what else to do.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

May I suggest that you read this guide to the Structure theme? http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/05/01/introduction-to-structure/
This theme, Structure, is now retired. http://theme.wordpress.com/retired/structure/ Themes are retired when they no longer support all WordPress features. Though those who are using theme or who have used them in the past on their blog can still use them, newly registered blogs cannot use retired themes.

Timethief: Thank you so much for your reply. I made the adjustments regarding picture size and also made a change in the “appearance” menu options. It doesn’t matter. It is still picking up the picture of the previous post along with its title on the landing page. The post looks find. The landing page is all screwed up. It seems that once you “publish” it is difficult to make a change to correct that specific feature. I tried changing the picture, but it still won’t show in the box on the landing page, just the pic from the previous post.
I am considering changing themes as this is not the first time I have had problems with the “set image” feature. It’s very aggravating and time-consuming.
