Setting image for background on a post

  I use the vigilance theme without the upgrade and am wondering if I can use an image for a background on a post. This is probably not possible but I thought I would ask. Thanks Emily

  This is one way:

  <div style="background-image:url('URL_OF_IMAGE');background-position:center bottom;background-repeat:no-repeat;text-align:center;"><span style="color: #ffffff;">TEXT HERE
  TEXT HERE
  TEXT HERE
  TEXT HERE
  TEXT HERE
  </span></div>

  The above is one (big) image, with white text in from of it.
  It’s been a while since I played with background images, but you can vary the position (top, bottom, left, right, center middle) and repeat (no-repeat, repeat-y, repeat-x).
