Looks like you are using a self-hosted version of WordPress (WordPress.org) these forums are for the fully hosted version (WordPress.com). Heres a link explaining this a bit more: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You might be better off asking your question on the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Have you tried accessing the admin area using /wp-admin on the end of your http://www.website e.g. http://www.example.com/wp-admin
If not, your hosting provider might have backups of your database.
Hopefully, you can get this sorted.

I’m following up on the Modlook tag. But, if the site is self hosted we aren’t able to assist any further.
You can contact the host for support or the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

404bill – Thanks for helping us out :) You’ll see I’ve added an
orgtag to this thread. It helps us keep track of how many folks are asking self-hosted questions in these forums. Please add it to future instances you may run across. -
Hi lizkarkoski,
Thanks for the heads up, I will add the org tag in future .org replies. Have a nice day :)
