    Howdy,

That domain was previously registered here, but now appears to be registered through GoDaddy.

Did you register that domain again at GoDaddy?

If so, you’ll want to contact them for help with your GoDaddy account, and for instructions on changing your name servers to:

    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com

No, I didn’t. Previously I let the domain expired and now I want to use it again. If I had to contact GoDaddy, what is my account? Because I use the same username and password for wordpress and it fails to log me in.

  • knowledgejunk.com was registered with us on November 9, 2010, but it was not renewed through us.

The domain was either transferred away from us before it expired, or it expired on November 9, 2011.

Either way, the domain is owned by someone else now, but at the site itself there is a link for “This domain may be for sale” at the bottom, which you may be able to use to buy it back.

Yeah, for 2,000 dollars. What should I do now? I have paid for the domain from wordpress. If I can’t get that domain, may I have my money back?

  • You paid for just domain mapping from us, which only covers redirection of the domain, not registration.

I have canceled and refunded your domain mapping upgrade.

If you are able to buy back the domain, you can map it again at any time following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

Ok, got it and my money back. I’ll try to look it on GoDaddy.
