Setting Number of Posts on Blog Page not working

  Hi have set the number to 9, yet all posts are still showing on the main blog page. I have changed the 9 both on My Site settings and WP Admin settings, but it doesn’t work.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
