Setting page to content block in Organization theme

  I’m using the Organization theme. How do I set a page for my content pages on the homepage?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Ignore my previous question. I had my visibility set to private and therefore couldn’t see the usual drop downs.
