Setting portfolio page as home page

    Hi! I’m using the Blask theme and I’d like the page that shows projects in a grid to be my the home page when someone arrives at my site. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

    Hi!

    Yes, there’s a way, and you can look it up in the theme setup page: https://wordpress.com/theme/blask

    But in short, all you have to do once you have created a few Portfolio projects, is to create a page and set it to Portfolio Page Template. And then, in the Customizer, go to Static Front Page and set that new page as Front Page. That’s it.

    ho creato una pagina modello portofolio, vuota che ho chiamato x. poi però quando vado a cercarla nel customizer non la trova. come fare? io vorrei relizzare esattamente l home page di blask, ma missione impossibile…grazie a chi può aiutarmi

    I created an empty portofolio template page that I called x. but then when I go looking for it in the customizer it does not find it. how to do? I would like to set up the blask home page exactly, but an impossible mission … thanks to those who can help me

    In the Customizer, go to the Homepage Setting tab and there you can find all you need: select the option “A static page”, and then, in the Homepage scroll menu, select your page “x”. Save the changes and it should work!
