Setting problem

  When I am setting up my blog I have to go into the Settings/Writing page and find the Atom Publish and XML-RPC boxes to tick and at the bottom a Update Settings button, which I cannot see on this page anywhere. My tutor has suggested that I need to update this, but cannot see anywhere to do this either.

  I need to enter a Pinglist to this page.

  I look forward to your timely response as this seems to be holding me up.
