Setting site private

  Hello!

  I am writing on behalf of my sports club. Lots of years ago, a former member has created the club representation blog https://ringenhoersching.wordpress.com/ , which we would like to remove, since we already have a new homepage.

  However since time has passed and webmasters have changed, we do not know how to access this site anymore. We have tried contacting former members, who could have created the site, but with no success so far.

  I am aware, that without any valid proof of ownership, the account cannot be recovered, but would it be possible, to at least set the site to private, so it doesn’t show up in the Google search results any longer?

  I’ve sent a note to the owner’s account for ringenhoersching.wordpress.com. Hopefully this email will reach someone and we can work this out for you.
